National Education and Policy Commission (NEPC) conducted survey research on the features of HEIs in Myanmar for the year 2020. The five main categories that include in the research are Administration, Infrastructure, Teachers and Students, Education and Research. According to this research report of NEPC, Technological University (Thanlyin) is ranked eighth in 164 Universities all over Myanmar. Among 33 Technological Universities, TU (Thanlyin) stands second. In terms of categories, its standing among 164 universities is first in administration and infrastructure, third in teachers and students, fourth in education and sixth in research.
